Other considerations are what features you will have in the pool – will there be a spa that is attached or separate? Do you want a waterfall or fountain or other aesthetics that will add to its beauty (and its cost)? If your pool is made of gunite or fiberglass the price will be higher than one that has a vinyl liner instead.
