90 DAY BUYERS LIMITED WARRANTY: Effective from the date
of the home's inspection for a minimum of 90 days. If closing
should occur outside the 90 day period, the warranty will extend
to 21 days following closing.

120 DAY SELLERS LIMITED WARRANTY: Effective from the date
of the home's inspection for 120 days maximum, or sale,
whichever occurs first.
