Pictures of heating defects

 
 
 
In this picture there is possible energy loss at unsealed voids in the primary condensation pipes and capped secondary condensation pipes.  Repairs will be recommended

This is a picture of a separated type-B vent pipe in attic which is a definite fire hazard.  Repairs will be recommended
 
 
 
 
Pictured here is a separated single-walled vent pipe. It should not have been installed in an attic where a double-walled type is mandated for fire-safety.  Repairs will be recommended
 
 
 
 
This is a picture of an attic with vent pipes in it.  If it is a heat vent it should not have been installed in an attic where a double-walled type is mandated for fire-safety.  Repairs will be recommended.
